What is recordation?

Recordation commits a usage record before the invoice is issued. The record is recorded before the invoice, checkable by either side, and consistent for both sides. The provider still produces the claim; once committed, the record reads the same for both sides and either side can open it.

How often is usage recorded?

The provider controls the cadence. The default is a daily flush, which maps to how invoices close, and finer resolution down to hourly or smaller is available per customer. Either way the record is committed before the invoice, and verification is identical at any cadence.

Does PacSpace decide who is right in a dispute?

No. PacSpace records, it does not decide. The record shows what was committed. Transparency, not correctness.
